We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful & relaxing retreat than Kolea 13C. This home is gorgeous & offers many spots to unwind. Our personal favorite was the incredible lanai. The views are beyond beautiful...both ocean & mountain. Taking in the sun rises & sunsets were breathtaking. We all sat out on the lanai during a rainy night too and it was glorious. The owners have done a spectacular job & have this home completely ready for you to enjoy your vacation the moment you step inside. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious & comfortable. The kitchen /diningroom/livingroom area is inviting & & has great views. The artwork in this home is incredible. Lots of local artists are represented. The amenities are fantastic...pool, gym, lush landscaping & beach access. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the local shops, restaurants, wine bars ,galleries & neighboring hotels. We loved our time here so much and can't wait to get back. This is truly one of our new happy places.~Kathy S. (April 2023)

This property is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door and see the amazing A Bay view, every turn is stunning. The house is filled with light, comfortable furniture and excellent decor. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home with me. We had some of the best nights sleep ever!

When we did leave the house, everything was conveniently located and the amenities were top notch.
The shops and bars were so close we strolled there often for breakfast, an afternoon pint or an evening glass of wine.
The pool area was great. The palapa by the pool was my favorite spot, and the ocean was just a short walk and well worth it. We saw turtles and had many amazing morning swims in the ocean followed by afternoons by the pool.

We woke up every morning to beautiful ocean and moutain views. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. The pool has comfortable loungers as well as a nice shade structure for reading and relaxing. The condo was nicely furnished with very comfortable and plentiful seating. Kolea 13C
Hands down the nicest property we stayed at in Kolea. Beautiful views and decor. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, and snorkel gear all available to use. Well stocked with every day items in the pantry like spices and such. The only downside was that Lava Lava was closed for renovations which is always nice to walk to. We would definitely stay again. This time we had my mom with us and the bed situation was a little tricky with 2 teenagers , boy and girl, not ok with sharing a queen bed. Other than that this place was awesome! ~Leslie A. Amazing view of A-Bay! Quiet, great location and good value for money spent. This clean, well appointed penthouse comfortably sleeps 6, has a private elevator, upgraded appliances, spacious baths -- even a gorgeous BIG screen TV!
