My family had a very nice time here. The house is as advertised. Looked great inside. The backyard pool was used often. The location was great with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. This is a fantastic property. There were 10 of us - adults and teens, and we all loved it. The house is gorgeous, huge, and well-stocked. The pool and hot tub were great and the view of the ocean from the backyard is exactly what you want when in Hawaii. Would highly recommend. ~Amy T. (July 2022)

We had a wonderful stay at the Blue Wave in the Kolea resort area on the Big Island. The home is wonderful. Full of modern amenities and entertainment options. We filled the home with music every day and watched movies after the sun went down. The sliding glass doors allow the home to literally open to the sea and the sound and feel of the ocean waves rolled right into the living room. ~Mark P. (April 2022)

Amazing villa in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay At The Blue Wave. The villa is very well designed (I particularly lounging outside watching the waves and sunset in the outdoor cabana). And it's just a 3 minute walk to the beach. "Aloha everyone - we're back on the mainland and missing our Kolea home already. We thoroughly enjoyed both the house and the experience with your rental agency. All our preliminary contacts were professional and informative and we really appreciated DC meeting us at the house to give us an extended walk through when we arrived. It was so helpful that you coordinated the delivery of our baby items as well before our arrival. Awesome. We enjoyed everything about the house and its location - the pool and hot tub, walking to the beach for a snorkel and cocktails at the Lava Lava Beach Club, movies in our own theater and wonderful meals in our gourmet kitchen. There was ample space for everyone to have privacy and space to be together. We can't imagine anything that would have made it more magical except maybe some clearer skies! The property worked great for our family of three couples and a one-year-old. The pool and spa were perfect for lounging together with the covered veranda/lounge. Being right on the water is wonderful even though we were happy enough to stay by the pool most of the time. The home is uniquely decorated to a high standard throughout and its size provided privacy for each couple. The home theater was fun and unique for family entertainment. This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location in Hawaii. The property has TVs in every room, a beautiful kitchen, a hot tub both inside and outside, a small infinity pool overlooking the bay, a covered bed outside to relax on, and the list goes on and on. “The home was absolutely beautiful and excellently decorated. We were immediately greeted by colorful koi fish swimming around in their pond. They would swim up to you and open their mouths because they wanted you to feed them. It was so cute. The home was huge, we walked threw into the backyard to a big pool and patio area. It was gorgeous the ocean view was perfect. There was a little walkway down the back onto the beautiful beach that lead to the ocean. The funniest part was all of us going out into the ocean with the kayak the homeowner had provided it was awesome. We also had snorkeling equipment and had fun with that activity as well. The resort itself had many restaurants and shopping areas as well. Our favorite restaurant was tropics beach club. It was on the beach. There was also a great grocery store on site. “Out of this World Villa! The Blue Wave House is amazing! The decor is incredible....from the painted concrete dance floor in the living room to the gorgeous art sculptures to the plush theater...every detail has been planned perfectly. The beds are all comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The only things we found to be missing were an ice cream scoop and a pizza cutter! We also loved the comfy lanai furniture.
