Description

This cozy Mauna Kea Resort vacation home offers 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms, comprised over 2,400 square feet overlooking the Hapuna golf course. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been recently renovated (2017) with modern European fixtures, decorative tile showers and a tranquil neutral color palette. The home is located in an extremely secure and private setting and features excellent ocean and golf course views. It is located in the Uplands, just "mauka" (mountainside) of the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and is accessed through the Hapuna Prince hotel entrance. Though the Uplands are only a five minute drive to the beach, the slightly higher elevation makes it the perfect temperature for total relaxation and comfort.

The home has an open floor plan with various seating areas, all designed to maximize the ocean views. The brand new kitchen features a gorgeous single-slab marble island with bar stools, a breakfast nook and a formal dining table table to seat 8. Additionally there is a central living room, a small den where one can watch television, and an extensive shaded lanai with outdoor seating. This Moani Heights home is both conveniently located within the resort and effortlessly comfortable, making it the perfect place for families to vacation.

Guests of Moani Heights 2 may purchase resort access to use the Mauna Kea Resort Club facilities during your stay for $180/day in 2024 and $195/day in 2025 + tax, per RESERVATION (not per person). Purchase of this membership includes the following privileges at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel and the Westin Hapuna Beach Hotel facilities: Charging privileges at both hotels for dining and activities, access to hotel beaches and pools, use of towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, reduced golf rates, tennis (court fees apply), use of two fitness centers (yoga and group classes available for a fee), and an access card for preferred parking at the hotel.

Starting April 2024, the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renovation. The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and all associated amenities, where Moani Heights #2 is located, will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is not planned to be closed entirely - instead the renovation will occur in sections. The renovation will be ongoing from April 2024 until the summer of 2025. The Westin Hapuna Hotel will *not* be impacted by the renovation and will be open as normal.
