This was a wonderful property for our group of 5 adults. Everything was as described, very comfortable beds, the property was clean, there was great water pressure and an incredible patio that we spent a lot of time at. Great location, large lanai, spacious condo. It is dated and could us an update but it was cleaning and well appointed. It's in a nice quiet location (great for downtime for the kids). "For those wanting to steer clear of the Kona crowds and still wanting a community with amenities (groceries, shops, restaurants) I would recommend this Waikoloa beach property. It’s minutes away from several nice beaches and only 30 minutes north of Kona (20 to the airport). The property itself it situated around a golf course and have a very nice pool, hot tub(s), and a centralized BBQ area. I feel these units have an advantage in the area due to their size and large wrapping balconies. I’d recommend this property as it was a pretty good value for its size and it’s proximity to so many things on that side on Hawaii. I’d return again, for sure!" ~Stephen N. (April 2018)
