...read more★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waikaloa village is a great area and this condo was perfect for our family! Spacious and clean with a sprawling balcony to watch the sun rise over the golf course. The concrete construction makes for an insulated and peaceful stay which is great for little ones running around. We hope to return soon and would happily stay hear again! ~John G. (February 2025)
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed staying for a week at this property. The location was great, with easy access to the King’s and Queen’s Shops, which had a good mixture of restaurants, stores, and a food market. The property was spacious and we loved the lanai, which overlooked a golf course. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed to make meals. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels provided were used frequently. We would stay here again. ~Glen A. (January - February 2025)
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a nice, large balcony, and a great view of the mountains and golf course.The property is well equipped in the kitchen, with sufficient towels, and even shampoo (which is not always the case) and some herbs in the kitchen (again, so convenient and so rare). Condo was beautiful. Very comfortable and quiet. Swimming pool is the star of the show. Two hot tubs, one with a trickling waterfall. Lots of amenities close by. We would stay here again. ~Peter E. (April 2024)

The location is exceptional and walking distance to restaurants, stores, beach and exercise. The condo is a nice space for 4 with a view of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. The complex is quiet and we'd stay here again. ~Stan C. (November 2022)

Property looks exactly like pictures. Super quiet community. Neighborhood is absolutely beautiful. Rental unit was very spacious, very clean and well-maintained. The construction right outside our building was not audible from inside and wasn’t at all a bother even outside, in case anyone was wondering. Booking, arrival, and welcoming/briefing at the office was all world class customer service!!! The condo itself exceeded all expectations. Everything was clean and functional. The sunrise mountain and golf course view from the lanai drinking 100% Kona coffee was a wonderful way to greet each morning. The natural bird soundtrack was truly incredible. The gym was adequate for our needs. Vista Waikoloa is an incredible place to stay when visiting the Big Island. I cannot think of anything that needs improvement. We will be back.
