"Amazing home exactly as described! The staff at the office were so friendly, and all the community amenities were awesome. We did have a few minor maintenance issues (ice dispenser stopped working, stove errored out), but someone came quickly to fix them when we reported them. I will definitely stay again!¨ (July 2021)
We just returned from a truly magnificent Thanksgiving family vacation. This was our first time renting a house for a family vacation like this, and we couldn’t have hoped for a more wonderful experience. Thank you for all of the time, attention, advice, and responses to all our questions prior to booking the house rental, and then continuing that support throughout our stay at Ka Milo. The house was in magnificent shape, just as advertised. The pool was warm and wonderful, at the temperature we requested, and our son loved every minute in the water. Who knew his little fingers and toes could wrinkle into such little raisins (tee hee). The check-in and check-out process was quick, smooth, and easy. We are already looking forward to next year! We stayed her for a week and it was the perfect house to share with our family of 6. Great large kitchen to cook dinners and we used the hot tub every morning & evening before heading out to the Beach Club Beach!
