Clean, comfortable, well-appointed unit with a good view and in a great location. The only improvement would be the addition of curtains for the lanai sliding door - the morning sun, though welcome, shone directly onto guests on the living room couch. ~Daniel H. (November 2024)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo was perfect for our family vacation. Exactly as pictured and described. Clean with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances and my husband was very appreciative of the controllable A/C. The only distraction, which is not the owners fault at all, was that the golf course seemed to mow the lawn almost every morning as the sun came up. We were still able to watch the sunrise from the lanai while enjoying a cup of coffee despite the mowing noise. The area was otherwise extremely peaceful! We highly recommend this condo and will stay here again if we return to the island. ~Greg L. (June 2024)

This is our 9th time in Waikoloa, but first time at this property. This is the only place we will stay in the future. Property is walking distance to mall area and Starbucks as well as Waikaloa Beach. The pool area is nice and check in is as easy as you get. Cannot recommend highly enough. ~David S. My husband, 9 month old, 2 year old, my parents and I stayed comfortably in this spacious two bedroom with loft. We were able to set up two pack n plays in the loft while each couple had their own room. The loft was roomy with two beds. We cooked at least once a day and this unit had adequate kitchenware. The unit also had beach chairs, toys, a toddler life jacket and pack n play. It also had what looked like a pop up shade and boogie boards. We brought all of our own but it wouldn’t have been necessary. The pool was beautiful and the location was walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and spas at the Hilton and Marriott. I reached out to the management company a few times and they responded super quickly both before and during our trip. We would definitely book this location again. ~Samantha C. (February 2024)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condo was beautiful and clean with updated decor and appliances. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished with soft linens and cozy beds. I was surprised and thankful to find beach chairs, sandcastle buckets and an umbrella for us to use. Beach/pool towels were provided and located by the front door by the pool access key and house instructions. We walked to Kings and Queens shopping areas almost daily for shopping and sweet treats. The Gelato was a family favorite. I spent a lot of mornings drinking coffee watching the sunrise on the back balcony. From the balcony we also observed a variety of birds, a pair of quail that visited daily and even some mongoose...as well as the daily golf course maintenance, grooming and players. I was informed by locals that our location was by the best beaches on the island. A Beach and Hapuna were the kids' favorite. Dinner at Lava Lava is a must. This was a great place to stay for our family of four. It had two bedrooms and a loft which allowed our two teenagers to have their own spaces. Everything was super clean and in order. The main bedroom, living area, and balcony had views of a golf course. There was a reserved parking space that was close to the elevator and stairs. This condo was located within walking distance of many shops and restaurants including the best shave ice place we've ever tasted. It's on the west side of the Big Island, so be prepared to drive a pretty good ways if you want to check out things on the east side. All in all, the family really loved this place and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. ~Jennifer B. (July 2022)

We enjoyed the local golf course and several nearby beaches. We really appreciated that the owners provided some beach equipment for use during our stay. The management company was great. "This place is not only nice looking, but also comfortable. You immediately think of it as home. My husband usually gets poor sleep when we travel but he felt re-energized. It also is in a great location conveniently located next to a gas station, stores, restaurants, and a beach that though most people drive to, I actually felt was an easy walk away. This place is also equipped with beach towels, boogie boards, and two chairs. Maybe the only thing missing were some sand toys but maybe they had some at their office, but I just didn’t ask.
