★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was perfect for our situation. My husband, myself and our kids were in the upstairs bedrooms and my brother had his own bedroom downstairs. It was very nice to have bathrooms to all bedrooms. The only thing we had issues with was the master bathroom (toilet flushing and shower drainage) which are all fixable. Overall it was perfect for walking with kids to all the stores and the pool being across the way. It also felt very safe in the neighborhood. Be careful with parking, we had a larger vehicle and parked in visitor parking the whole time. (Spots vary) I would definitely recommend this place to others! ~Nicole C. (October - November 2024)

This condo was the best! It was in a great location and very walkable to the 2 shopping centers, the ocean, golfing, petroglyphs, the pool, you name it in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Parking is in a single car garage which I recommend you back into. It was very tight for the mini van that we rented. The garage however is great if you have golf clubs or snorkel gear, which we did. The owner even has boogie boards and beach chairs to use - yay! The confo itself is very pretty, spacious and well laid out. The living room/kitchen was light and airy, and looked out on the golf course and mountain. The kitchen was really well stocked and we were able to cook everything we wanted. Lots of space for multiple people in the kitchen as well. 2 dining areas that seated 6 (one in, one on the patio). The bedrooms were average sized with comfortable beds. The one bedroom upstairs was huge with a giant bathroom to go with it. There was plenty of toilet paper and toweling for our stay, and a good stock of pool towels. It was so nice to have every last detail taken care of. Thank you for the enjoyable stay. The condo is about 1/2 hour from Kina, I'ts in a pretty good location for exploring the island. Hilo is about an hour and haf away. Honoka'a is closer and worth visiting along with a cholocate farm tour. Plenty of nearby beaches for snorkeling and one right at A-bay. Lava Lava restaurant down by the beach has a great vibe and is work checking out. ~ Jane B. (October 2024)

This was a nice place to enjoy the holidays with our adult kids. The location was great, near shops and infinity pool. The property was equipped with almost everything we needed. There were also some basic spices there too. The place had plenty of room for our family, as well as our friends to come for dinner ( that were staying in another unit). This is a fantastic 3 bed room townhome right inside the Waikoloa resort area. It is a secure gated community with a pool, gym, parking, and bbq area. It a short drive to ʻAnaehoʻomalu Beach and very close to shopping, food and beach equipment rentals. An ideal place for a large family. Perfect location and our favorite area on the West Coast of Hawaii. Beautiful 2 story townhome that has plenty of space for our group. It is just steps away from great shopping and restaurants. ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean, Comfortable, Convenient
We selected this property for it's bedroom count and convenient location. The bedrooms were very comfortable for 1 couple, 2 young kids, and a grandpa who needed single level accessibility. He was able to use the downstairs bed/bath safely.The home was very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. The unit was well stocked with all the necessities including beach towels and a few beach supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware but had no basic provisions as some properties do. Bring your own salt & pepper. The unit is conveniently located very close to shopping, restaurants, and the BEACH which is a perfect beach for young kids. Note that parking for this unit is in a single car garage which is a bit tricky for a larger vehicle. There is very limited guest parking at this facility. We had a ford explorer which required all passengers to exit the vehicle prior to parking in the garage. It was very tight. The unit next door was undergoing some remodeling construction during business hours which was a bit noisy if outside on the patio during the day but I imagine this is a short term issue. “Wonderful Waikoloa Villa. Waikoloa is the best place to stay. The community is pristine. All the resorts are gorgeous and as per our desire we could walk to everything - walk to drink, walk to eat, walk to shop, walk to swim, walk to drink again! Kings’ and Queen’s Shops allow to buy basic amenities and food items. Villa D6 is beautiful. We only used the master bedroom as there were only 2 of us. We found all items in the kitchen adequate. Loved the outdoor space with the view of the golf course and we had a garage which we weren't expecting! We are private people & were concerned travelling at Christmas and in popular Waikoloa, there would be kids and families everywhere. This was a perfect location for our family of 12 to stay during our first visit to Hawaii. My husband and I have traveled to the other 49 states and decided since Hawaii was the 50th state in the union Hawaii is where we needed to visit for our 50th wedding anniversary. The two condos (N31 & D6) were perfect for us. We could not have ask for a better place to stay. The location was ideal for us to return to each evening. I do not know of any way to improve the unit we stayed in. If we ever visit the area again we will stay at one of your locations.
