Amenities, communication, beautiful home, unique and fun artwork, full kitchen, easy entrance, very cozy beds, gorgeous bedrooms. We have raved about it to everyone we know. Better than expected! We can’t wait to go back! Already started planning our next visit before we left! It can’t come soon enough! Seriously, this is so much better than staying at the Fairmont for ALL the reasons, and just driving around the corner (literally) to enjoy our absolute fav spot in Hawaii - Pauoa Bay. We loved it so much here in this townhouse, and South Kohala were five star hosts. We all cried when we had to leave. Truly can’t wait to go back.~Beth R. (June - July 2024)

This property is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Everything was exactly as listed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing we wished it had that it didn’t was beach chairs and umbrellas. That being said, the property is so nice overall that it wouldn’t deter me from renting again. Mahalo! ~Jocelyn M. Pride of ownership clearly evident in the cleanliness and quality of furnishings and kitchen equipment. We were able to settle in and immediately begin enjoying ourselves. Lovely grounds with larger than average pool also enabled (short) lap swimming. Loved having the onsite gas grill and full size washer & dryer for our 3-wk stay. Although we didn’t need to interact much with the property managers, when we did, they were very responsive & friendly. We just returned from our Amazing stay at this beautiful condo. It’s a very nice unit and community. Very safe, quiet and well positioned a very short drive to the beautiful private beach and very close to the Mauna Lani shopping center and Community pool and exercise facility. The furniture and bed was very comfortable (we only utilized the one upstairs bedroom), the sofa has electric recliners and a separate electric recliner as well there’s nice TVs in the family room. Nice spacious bathrooms and closet. We did have trouble finding the unit and had to call management for help finding it. There are not really addresses on the units so that made it difficult to find the right unit. We really liked the ease of dealing with the rental company - they were very responsive. We also enjoyed the combo lock and the ease of not having to carry a house key around. All in all it’s a very nice, clean unit that’s well managed and taken care of. We had a great time! We have stayed multiple times in the Mauna Lani area and will continue to return to the area yr after yr as we enjoy the use of the private beach so much it makes our trip and just the entire beautiful Mauna Lani area. ~Annette R. We enjoyed this wonderful spacious townhome on beautiful grounds in a wonderful location. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the spacious upstairs suite with a large bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were a beautiful and relaxing space. The location was perfect for us as we had just a short drive to our favorite beaches and shopping. We so enjoyed our stay in South Kohala. We were walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. Two golf courses in the neighborhood and others not too many miles away,. Great beaches to the north and access to other resorts and restaurants and shopping nearby. I heartedly recommend staying here. ~Bill D. (July 2022)

We've stayed in other units in The Fairways before with this floor plan - they are very spacious and the downstairs bedroom is very private and quiet from the rest of the house. The subdivision is very nice/upscale and the area is gorgeous!! We love the short walk over to the Fairmont Orchid. This unit is a really good value and is stocked with everything you might need. The communication with the property management group was A+ outstanding! There are little OWNER ONLY signs and barricades in many places so you have no doubt what is kapu (forbidden)! All the artwork on the walls appears to be done by owners - very unique and festive! :) ~Michelle W. (May 2022)
