Description

Gorgeous newly-built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom paired resort home at the world-renowned Mauna Lani Resort - only a short distance away from the best restaurants, shops and beaches on the Kohala Coast! Kamilo 409 offers 1,653 sq. ft. of island living at its finest with recently purchased furniture and a covered outdoor lanai. The home has a guest-accessible 2-car garage, as well as additional parking in the driveway. A highlight of this home is its great location just a short walk to the Kamilo recreation center where guests enjoy free access to the fitness center, adults-only lap pool, family pool, two hot tubs, BBQ pavilion and over an acre of grass lawns. Other amenities of the home include central air conditioning, lanai with gas BBQ, a mini wine fridge and laundry facilities. The bedrooms are cozy with king size beds in both the master and second bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom features two twin beds (that can be combined to form a king bed on request) and a small outdoor courtyard. The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability.
