Description

Beautifully upgraded oceanfront condo in a fantastic location only steps away from the beach. Completely remodeled and re-furnished in 2024, J102 offers luxurious interiors, all-new appliances and a wonderful ground-floor location with easy access to the coastline, historic walking trails and the Auberge Mauna Lani Hotel. This spacious and bright property takes full advantage of its location on the oceanfront corner of the Mauna Lani Terrace community, offering an expanded patio with views of the nearby ocean. The spacious living room offers 100% all new furnishings - including a dining area, a sofa sleeper couch (with a queen size mattress), an upgraded entertainment center and large glass sliders that can be opened to create an indoor-outdoor living experience. The kitchen was remodeled in 2024 to be larger and more open than other Terrace condos - creating a spacious and airy central living area. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, ocean views, a private patio and a large en-suite bathroom with two vanities and well as a soaking tub and large shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed, a trundle bed with two twin size mattresses, and a private garden view patio.

With a sleep capacity of eight, J102 is perfect for families or small groups looking to enjoy the Big Island from a prime beachfront location. All guests also receive access to the private Beach Club, located only a short walk away along a beautiful coastal trail. Enjoy snorkeling in the morning, and then have dinner at Napua's restaurant, or take a stroll over to Auberge Mauna Lani for more dining and night-life options. At J102, everything you need to have an amazing vacation is within walking distance of your front door!

**Guests of J102 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties.   • The Mauna Lani Auberge Sports Club and Tennis Garden is a fully-equipped fitness center that includes a lap pool, large gym, steam rooms, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts) and four pickleball courts. The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability. 
  • The Mauna Lani Golf Club: The Francis I'i Brown North & South Courses are among the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of spectacular oceanfront golf. Designed by Ray Cain, Rodney Wright, and Robin Nelson.  Please inquire directly with Mauna Lani Golf Course for green fees & course availability.
