Description

Newly renovated 2-bedroom condo in the most private corner of the Mauna Lani Terrace. L201 boasts a spectacular location overlooking ancient Hawaiian fishponds amidst a seafront lagoon. With an access path to walking trails just outside the front door, it is only a short walk away from the Beach Club and the picturesque coastline of the famed Kohala Coast. Tucked away from the noise and sounds of the Mauna Lani Resort, this upgraded gem offers fresh interior spaces with Brazilian teak wood floors, a bold color palette and tropical design accents that make you feel at home in Paradise. The main living space and master bedroom feature large glass sliders that open to spacious covered lanais - where you will want to spend all your time enjoying the tropical breezes and serene lagoon views! The kitchen features an open concept with new appliances and ample space to prepare home-cooked meals. There is a spacious living room with a flat screen television, a dining room that seats 6, as well as outdoor dining or lounging options. Guests will enjoy the owners' eclectic style, attention to detail, and the show-stopping mini tiki bar!

The primary bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a lanai overlooking the fishponds, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds that can be converted into a king (as pictured), a small lanai, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions with either cable or Apple TV viewing options. Other amenities include central air-conditioning and access to the Mauna Lani Terrace's newly renovated oceanfront amenity complex with a heated swimming pool, kids pool, hot tubs, changing rooms and a private BBQ pavilion.

Avid nature-seekers will love this property as the "L" building provides shaded balconies where you can enjoy your time outside in Hawaii's perfect climate, as well as quick access to the oceanfront walking trails when you feel the need to explore.

**Guests of L201 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership valid through July 22, 2025 and is subject to renewal.

  • The Mauna Lani Auberge Sports Club and Tennis Garden is a fully-equipped fitness center that includes a lap pool, large gym, steam rooms, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts) and four pickleball courts. The Sports Club and Tennis Garden is available for a fee or is complimentary for all guests who are staying in a property that has purchased the Auberge Membership.  Additional classes — such as beach yoga may also be available for an additional fee.  Please inquire directly with the Sports Club and Tennis Garden for rates, tennis & pickleball court and class availability. 
  • The Mauna Lani Golf Club: The Francis I'i Brown North & South Courses are among the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of spectacular oceanfront golf.
