Description

Beautiful resort condo with ocean views - close to the beach, restaurants and nightlife at the Waikoloa Resort. This spacious two bedroom condo has a large outdoor lanai with views of the Pacific Ocean, a spacious living room and a kitchen with granite countertops. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a glass sliding door to the lanai, and a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a newly renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower. B205 is a few steps away from the Vista amenity center, which includes a pool and spa, as well as a BBQ pavilion and fitness center.

**The Vista Waikoloa Association has scheduled a re-tiling project on the lanai of all Vista units. Work has begun and during certain phases of the project, construction noise may be audible.

***The Vista Waikoloa will begin exterior painting of all buildings starting June 17, 2024. It is estimated to take approximately 3 weeks for each building to be completed, however, timelines listed below may change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Here is the current painting schedule:
Building D: Completed
Building E: Completed
Building F: Completed
Building G: Completed
Building A: September 25 to October 16, 2024
Building B: October 17 to November 8, 2024
Building C: November 11 to November 29, 2024
Common area buildings: To be done in November or December 2024 but no exact dates given yet.
