All the people that I made contact with at South Kohala were very friendly and knowledgable about the condo and area. Transaction was very easy. The condo we stayed in was very clean, well furnished, and located very close to shopping/golfing/restaurants. Nice to also have designated parking spot right in front of the unit. We also arrived early, but South Kohala allowed us to get in earlier than check in time that was great. Thank you very much and will use you again in the future.

Our family stayed at this property for 10 days recently and we are already trying to plan when we can return. The house was beyond everything we could have asked for, from the ease of checking in, the amenities provided in and for the house as well as the complex the home was part of. We really didn’t know what to expect as this was the first rental property we have used and we can defiantly say we were beyond pleased with everything. The rooms/beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked with all the appliances, dishes and pantry items you could need, decor up to date and everything to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. The owners of this property have gone above and beyond to make sure the renters feel at home and can sit back and relax and enjoy their time! The complex is extremely well taken care of with people working consistently to maintain and care for everything. Our family enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the area was, since our two year would head to bed early. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and hope we can continue to make this a family destination in the future! Mahalo!

This property is amazing. From the moment you walk in the door and see the amazing A Bay view, every turn is stunning. The house is filled with light, comfortable furniture and excellent decor. The beds were so comfortable I wanted to take the mattress home with me. We had some of the best nights sleep ever! When we did leave the house, everything was conveniently located and the amenities were top notch. The shops and bars were so close we strolled there often for breakfast, an afternoon pint or an evening glass of wine. The pool area was great. The palapa by the pool was my favorite spot, and the ocean was just a short walk and well worth it. We saw turtles and had many amazing morning swims in the ocean followed by afternoons by the pool. I would live here if I could , but I’ll just have to settle for a return trip.
