Perfect location in a beautiful community! Vacationed for 8 days w our extended family of 7. Check in and out was very smooth and communication with the management company was great. House was everything pictured and more. Small supply of coffee was provided as well as paper towels and toilet paper. There were plenty of towels and beach towels and laundry detergent to use the washer/dryer. The layout is perfect with one bedroom upstairs and 2 downstairs. The couch in the downstairs living room is actually a sofa bed, which was used for movie night by my 19 YO kids. We enjoyed daily breakfast and nightly sunsets on the upstairs Lanai overlooking the golf course. The pool was well maintained and a great way to cool off after the beach or a day exploring. We made good use of the beach club and rented snorkel gear from Snorkel Bobs. There is a beach within walking distance ( near Fairmont) where you can hike and also see Sea Turtles. Food mart is 5 minutes away as well as some shops, Tommy Bahama restaurant and the Auberge which has a fantastic outdoor restaurant. I would highly recommend this home and this community. We had an amazing time and created memories that will last a lifetime. We will definitely be back!

This is such a beautiful home! Spacious and private. The main house is well appointed and the pool and yard are beautiful. Easy walk to resorts, beach, and Mauna Lani shopping center.

We had the most wonderful stay in the most wonderful villa. The space was perfect! Two beautiful master bedrooms worked perfectly for my husband and I and my son and daughter in law. The furnishings were beautifully appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. The outdoor space was amazing ! The door fully opens allowing the outdoors to become part of the indoors. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the lani off the downstairs master bedroom. We will definitely return to this beautiful villa and bring our other children and grandchildren as their is plenty of room. The location was ideal . We can’t wait to return!

Hands down, the best Hawaiian place we have stayed in and we have made in excess of 20 trips. This is a private home with all the amenities you would expect when staying in someone’s home. Fully equipped kitchen including wide variety of glassware, cutlery, and the usual built-in and countertop appliances including coffee grinders. This is an ocean front property with a wonderful lanai with a glass railing that makes sitting and enjoying the view actually enjoyable. No more trying to view the view thru a bunch of vertical and horizontal rails. Our stay of six days included four with a mother whale and her infant fairly close in and spinner dolphins almost every day. When you get tired of watching the wildlife, a marvelous hammock under the palm tree beckons. Wifi is fast and reliable. We were running 3-5 phones and other devices much of the time with no issues. Initially the price seemed high but when measured against renting 4 condos, it was almost the same. The deposit also seemed excessive until you see the place. Treat it as you would your own home and there won’t be any issue. The Owner and the South Kohala Management were readily accessible and dealt with questions immediately thru phone or texting.
